Ballota pseudodictamnus
(False dittany)
A wonderful plant for an extremely well-drained, even bone dry, soil. The whole plant is felted with green-grey; the curving stems, the round leaves, the bracts that enclose the tiny white (or perhaps pink) flowers. The leaves and flowers are borne the entire length of the stems, and they eventually form a neat clump.
