Geranium soboliferum 'Starman'
(Japanese crane's bill)
The flat, rich pink flowers are highlighted with veins of magenta in the centre. These open just above a dense dome of deeply divided, mid-green leaves that look almost lacy. The foliage gains lovely red tones in autumn before dying back. A plant that prefers moist soils.
