  • Hemerocallis-burning-daylight3
This brightly coloured, tough plant produces large, rich yellow trumpets that are lightly brushed with red, making it look - at times - quite orange. The petals are long, slender and curl back to form an open trumpet. The flowers are scented. Not to be confused with bulbous Lillies, these are NOT poisonous as some websites mention!!

Care advice

A hardy perennial that dies back in autumn and comes back in spring. Very hardy and almost indestructible. One of the most indestructible garden plants, these easily grown plants will grow in almost any situations except for heavy shade and soil that is permanently wet.
