Iris 'Spice Trader'

Iris 'Spice Trader'
  • Iris-spice-trader
More bronze than order, the edges of the standards are almost toffee in colour, the colour making the ruffles look like a frilly edged skirt. On the falls a smudge of violet forms a little blaze of colour that radiates down from the bright yellow beards.

Care advice

Bearded irises need to be planted with the rhizome, or root, just above the soil. This is because the rhizome needs to be baked by the sun in order to form flowers. Make sure that there is not too much competition from surrounding plants and remove any weeds.
