Ligularia 'Gregynog Gold'
(Leopard plant)
The large, heart-shaped leaves make a handsome dome below which rise strong stems of large, yellow, daisy-shaped flowers. These open to form a big spike. Graham Thomas in "Perennial Garden Plants" states this is "a superb hybrid from Wales". Gregynog Hall is on the other side of Newtown from where our nursery is.
