Large, slender lilac-blue flowers, mottled with blush pink are carried on upright stems that are leafy and form a bushy plant. Ideal for bedding out and borders.
Once upon a time it was difficult to grow Penstemons in colder, wetter parts of the UK, but over the last 15 years or so, as the climate gets warmer, these plants seem to thrive in most parts of the country. In areas of the far north they might need some winter protection. Otherwise easy to grow.
