Peony 'My Pal Rudy'

The petals of this pink bloom are so deeply notched the flower is positively frilly. As the bloom opens into a flat rosette, the deep pink fades around the top of the petals but remains at the base. The blooms are borne on upright stems that rise above a neat clump of glossy, deep green leaves.

Peonies will grow in most soils as long as they are not wet, including clay soils. They require a sunny or partially shaded site.
