Succisa pratensis 'Alba'
(Devil's bit)
Bobble-like flowers - or should I say Liquorise Alsort shaped - creamy-white flowers grace long, stems that rise in profusion from a mound of long, mid-green leaves. Free-flowering and loved by insects, this is perfect for a garden that needs a see-through effect.

A hardy perennial, which means the leaves die back in autumn and rise again in spring. This survives temperatures down to -10 degrees and much more. Will see about but I'm not sure if the flowers will open white or the original blue.
