These have a simple ring of petals or a fluffy mix of many petals. In both cases, the stamens are always visible and can be seen either between the petals or in the centre of the flower. Sometimes they produce a further crop of inner petals and when these grow as the bloom ages, it can be mistaken for a double flower.
